I'm a new grad CNA and don't have any support system. My schedule is pretty consistent unless I need to work some overtime or pick up some extra shifts to make money. I just need some help for a while so I can stay on my feet. My 4-year-old is very sweet and helpful he can just get hyper and unfocused sometimes and just needs to be redirected. I want him to read more and write more and be encouraged to use the bathroom more frequently
