Babysitter/nanny Needed For 12 Month Old Little Girl, E. 20-30 Hours A Week

Child led learning and play are core values in our home. We also hold boundaries and problem solve together. Our family loves to spend time outdoors and enjoys being active. E loves flipping through books, going to the park, and exploring her toys. She is a curious little girl and always learning new things. We are looking for a part time caregiver who is patient and attentive. We need someone who is reliable and flexible. My husband works long days. I work from home, occasionally at the office on Thursdays. My hours fluctuate week to week. We have available parking at our home. We do have a very hyper golden retriever named Shiloh. She will be seven in December. Shiloh is too friendly, I will keep her with me as best I can most days so she doesn't overwhelm our caregiver.
