Schedule: MondayFriday, 7:00 AM- 6:30 p.m. (flexibility required). Some days may require care beyond 6:30 p.m. as needed. 1/2 weekends per month based on needs. Responsibilities - Childcare is the top priority ensuring safety, engagement, and emotional well being. No electronics around the babies unless its an emergency we do not allow screen time for entertainment or education. Follow Baby-Led Weaning (BLW) for feeding and encourage a safe, independent approach to mealtime. Be a helping hand to parents, willing to assist with baby-related household tasks when needed. Our Ideal Nanny: 50+ years old. Patient, calm, and nurturingsomeone who creates a warm and structured environment. Open to learning and adaptable, willing to follow our parenting preferences. Receptive to constructive feedback.
