Permanent Nanny ( Cash)

I am searching for someone to become a part of our growing family. I have two girls under two , and am looking to expand my family. Along this journey, I search for a nanny that could not only help me care for my two baby girls, but eventually grow with us to help us in the future as we continue to have kids. Looking for a permanent nanny, and someone who loves kids. My girls are very active and would enjoy spending time with someone that genuinely enjoys kids company and would play with them, and take them to the park after nap time. We will pay cash, and could include bonus perks as well. Thank you! Discipline is vital , hence timely meals and nap times are non negotiable, as is their play time time slots. Reading, playing in the park and dancing/singing. Loving care of a nanny that would help develop speaking skills, confidence and just have a happy/loving childhood. Enjoys reading to my girls, as they love books, and enjoys talking to them ( as they love to babble a ton!) Yes, we have parking available in our driveway. No pets.
