Looking for a private aid to our 2. 5 yo son with high functioning ASD. He is in several early intervention programs that are showing great results. Seeking a qualified, knowledgeable, early childhood education (para-professional) to help facilitate care and therapy during the week. In addition to park play, library trips and music classes; this position will require a hands-on approach to helping our son expand his receptive and expressive speech communication, processing of a sensory diet provided by an OT, and following the directives of his ABA therapists. We have an amazing clinical support team in place and are looking for a front-runner to help facilitate his treatments alongside Mom while she continues to work. Our ideal candidate is confident, calm, a sturdy and consistent boundary holder, as well as a team player.
