About the job
We are looking for (mostly morning?) help with our identical twin girls. We prefer a calm, patient person who's hopefully interested in learning about our particular parenting style called RIE. (Respectful parenting/firm and kind boundaries/independent play/child led.) We are a screen-free household for the littes (we have an older child in TK during the week.) We love to make sure the girls have outside time even when it's cold/wet! (No bad weather just bad clothes?) Job includes light housekeeping/meal prep in regard to the girls. I work from home and am looking for someone who is looking for flexible part-time hours, as my job requires more rigorous attention some months and less others (and I like to try to spend some time with the girls when I can.) We do have two dogs, though they are often not here during the day.
