Long Term, Full Time Nanny W/ Newborn Experience Needed

Hi there! my husband and I are looking for a nanny for our newborn (due 9/24) and 4 yr old son. We would like someone who is looking for a long-term commitment and could ideally grow with our family. We could offer ~40 hrs a week with the option of possibly more if needed /wanted. Schedule would vary week to week with some days starting at 7 a.m. and some evenings until 7 p. m, including 12-hour days 2x per week. We are looking for someone with newborn experience, who is active and able to prepare meals/ help with laundry (relating only to the children) and help with school pick up for our 4yr old. Our ideal nanny is playful, active, patient, can plan activities to work toward developmental milestones, reliable, safe and maternal. Must also be comfortable with dogs (we have a sweet large golden doodle). Would love resume/references.
