Experienced Nanny For Toddler And Newborn

We have an energetic 2. 5 yr old and one on the way. We are seeking a Nanny with 3 years of full-time nanny experience, who is CPR certified, with a clean driving record, for our 2. 5 yr old to start asap. 80% childcare and 20% household responsibilities (specifically related to our children i. e. grocery shopping, laundry.) Ideally someone with experience changing diapers, meal prep/bottle prep for toddler and baby respectively, and nap-time. Someone who is patient and kind, has great organization skills, experience caring for 2 at toddler and newborn stage. Someone who is punctual, reliable, and prioritizes our children's safety. 30-35 hours guaranteed to start (Monday through Friday) until our second son arrives in mid to late January which would increase the guaranteed hours to full-time (Monday through Friday) at least 40 hours.
