Ideal day: nap in the morning, go to an activity during the day (park, music class, library, etc), eat lunch at 12:30pm, second nap around 1:30pm, play around the house in the afternoon, dinner at 4pm, more reading or playing, nightly routine at 6 p.m. (milk, reading), in bed by 6:30-6:45 p.m.
