Hello! We are looking for a caregiver/mother's helper for our 2 boys. Ideally it'd be about 15-25 hours per week but flexible for the right fit. Seeking someone: - with plenty of energy! - who loves spending time in nature and doing creative projects - with familiarity of the area and comfort taking the boys to locations (Bodega, Occidental, etc) - who is comfortable doing meal/snack prep and light pick-up around the house during down time Not mandatory, but a perfect fit would be someone who has familiarity with nature-based or play-based education, and/or respectful caregiving methods such as RIE, Hand-in-Hand parenting, etc. Thanks!
