Nanny Needed For 1 Child In Sebastopol (this Spring)

I'm looking for a full-time nanny this spring (Jan. start), but hoping to find someone we can start working with and getting to know part-time now. I am looking for someone who has studied early childhood and/or someone who has done Waldorf training. My daughter loves to adventure and explore the outdoors, so I want someone who understands the importance of child led imaginative play. We need someone that is safe, confident, and reliable. A clean driving record is a must, confidence in meal preparation is a must. We eat organic in the home, so we need someone that understands this is important to us as well. We will not know the exact schedule until November 20th, but the position will be full-time and consist of mornings/afternoons.
