I'm a single, professional mom living in Seaside, and I have my children 50% of the time, usually on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and every other weekend. I need occasional help with after school pick ups, providing some presence at home after school, and driving to sports practices as needed. Sometimes weekend help is needed, too. The upper end of the hourly pay is when driving is included in the stay, which is most of the time! Most shifts will be pretty short- 1-3 hours.
