Our 8-year-old boy loves to play. He is allowed to be on screens on weekends, including Friday nights, but we have toys, puzzles, and games to provide entertainment, as well. Our almost 2-year-old loves to follow her older brother around. She loves to play and has plenty of toys to keep her happy. They would both need meal prep - they eat the same thing, basically, just one is cut up in smaller pieces (or, we have pouches she is content to eat :) ). A normal night includes dinner, bath, and bed.
