I have a very high energy 4-year-old. Safety is first priority. Primary care would be setting healthy boundaries, playing with her, taking her to park, library, bike riding, etc. Pack snacks and prepare lunch. Needs to be someone who truly enjoys kids and has a lot of energy. Must be honest and trustworthy. I work from home so Ill be here should any questions arise.
