Web Job #: 10545 Job Date: 3/24/2025 Location: Primarily Sausalito, with weekends in Bolinas, California. Schedule: Thursday through Monday, daily schedule will fluctuate based on family's needs. Occasional evenings and overnights, as needed, and occasional travel with the family. Days off will be Tuesday and Wednesday, with the flexibility to trade days for one weekend off per month. Children: 23 months old. Duties: Childcare, laundry and cooking for the child, child related light housekeeping, driving child, domestic and international travel with family, commute between two residences (approximately 40 minutes). Requirements: Ideal candidate will have extensive experience with toddlers and preschoolers, a early child development background, be loving, reliable, responsible and warm. Family is seeking a Candidate who can be flexible around their needs, travel with the family and work occasional evenings and overnights. Must be proactive, engaging and able to keep up with a fast-paced toddler. Driver require - family can provide a car for use on the job. Candidate must have or be willing to obtain vaccinations including COVID, annual flu shots, Tdap and MMR. Must be comfortable with two dogs, two cats and parents in and out of the home. Fluency in Spanish preferred, not required. This position can be Live-in at all times or Live-in only when in Bolinas. Accommodation: Separate cottage including kitchen at both residences. Salary: $80, 000. 00-$120, 000. 00, based on experience. Benefits: Guaranteed 40 hours pay 52 weeks of the year, two weeks paid vacation, eight paid holidays, 10 days paid sick time and a monthly medical insurance stipend.
