I just need some support at home. My 2 smaller kids finish school at 3pm, and I still need to be working at that time. We live 5 minute walk from the school, so ideally I need someone that can go and pick them up and help me with the meal prep and make sure they do their homework while I work. I would therefore need someone for 2-3 hours max and in some moments I might need more in case my husband is travelling and the kids have afterschool activities I need to take them to and someone need to be home to be with the smaller kids.
