Recurring Babysitter

I am looking for someone who can fill in here and there as needed to help babysit/nanny my 9-month-old. My baby is VERY active, I need someone who loves to play with babies and will interact with him during every wake window. The hours listed are not necessarily when I will need a sitter. It could be a random weekday for anywhere from 3-8 hours, or a weekend evening for a date night. It would be very inconsistent on as needed basis. Maybe 2-4 shifts a month. I really want someone who is honest, trustworthy, reliable, and genuinely loves to care for babies. My husband and I are very easy going and approachable and would love to develop a long lasting rapport with a babysitter we can use for the foreseeable future. MUST be ok with large dogs and also willing to play with him while baby is napping/sleeping :)
