Nanny/Mother's Helper Part Time Long Term

Looking for someone who is interested in becoming a long term fit for my family. I work from home and my 15-month-old will have access to me when I'm not in my office so I need someone who is comfortable with this set up. Essentially, I need someone who has experience and interests in doing activities with her to keep entertained, developing good habits, help with feeding, and put her down for naps. She's got a lot of energy so someone that can keep up is ideal. Occasionally, I'd like someone who can join us when we need help outside of the home and attend other events. This position is part time, 3 consecutive days(we can work out which days) with potential to become full time once a relationship is established or if there is interest. Long term need until little one transitions to preschool.
