Part Time Nanny For Infant

I am looking for a babysitter for my son who will be 8 months by the start date. I am a nurse whose schedule varies but I can work to make a more predictable schedule for the caregiver. My husband mostly works from home so we are looking for someone to care for the baby while he works, and potentially some date nights. This will be for a couple of months until my husband goes on paternity leave, but we are willing to make it permanent for the right fit. Our ideal caregiver will be reliable, Spanish speaking (preferred but not required), upbeat and patient. We have a very loving home and are looking for someone who enjoys our children as much as we do!
