Full-time Nanny Needed For January 2025+ Regular Date Nights Throughout This Year!

I am looking for a nanny to secure before I head back to work full time on January 6th! I recognize that this is far in advance, but we will need a nanny on and off from now until then for date nights and random days that I might need so it would make sense to get acquainted before full-time starts! We are a military family so some flexibility is required (last minute trips my husband might have to take and I can't get home by a certain time, etc) Schedule: Monday- I work from home so 8am-4 p.m. Tuesday- Thursday: in office/ 730-430 Friday - I work from home so 8am-3 p.m. Baby girl will be 10 months old at the time so ideally you have experience developmental milestones she is working towards and open to going on walks, activities which I will pay for. She will be on a schedule that you can help me follow and implement as well! Only household duties would be cleaning bottles/sterilize/make bottles/help restock diapers/keep kitchen area clean from bottles and lunches and any dirty clothes from the day put in washer! Anything else is nice but not required. About you: -CPR cert and first aid cert preference - fluent in English / Spanish is plus too! - non smoker - reliable transportation - honest communication - own transportation and clean driving record -5+ yrs experience with children around this age ideally
