Our baby will be 4 months old when I return to work. My partner works from home, and his parents will sometimes be staying with us. My schedule consists of working 16-18 days per month, but they are somewhat random (like 6 in a row then 4 off). We will not generally need weekend coverage. Schedule can be negotiated if our nanny needs more hours.
