Seeking Shared Nanny In Santa Rosa

Hello nannies! Hope you are well! We are seeking a nanny for a nanny share with another family (TBD) and mine. We are looking for part-time care, about 25 hrs/ week (flexible), starting in January. At that time, our baby will be 8 months old. We value play and nature-based learning. We love travel, our family and friends, our community, healthy living and eating, and exploring arts and culture. We use some Montessori principles in our parenting, strive to demonstrate respectful, responsive childcare in everything we do, and use connection-centered discipline techniques. We sing, read and talk with our baby as much as we can. We are seeking a nanny who will support these values! Preferred qualifications: - Early childhood education minor/ major - Bilingual English & Spanish - Trust line certified - CPR/First Aid certified
