Nanny Needed For 1 Child In Santa Monica

I am looking for a nanny to start in January 2025 to help us with our 4-month-old daughter, S. We live in Santa Monica and need someone to work about 30-40 hours / week. We have a 5-year-old as well but she is in school most of the day and so we are seeking care mostly for our baby with rare occasions where you would be in charge of both children. We are looking for someone energetic, with excellent references and experience with babies (sleep training / starting solids etc). My schedule is variable every week so flexibility is a must but once we negotiate hours then the number of hours will be guaranteed. Baby related housework is also required (washing / sterilizing bottles, light meal prep, keeping play areas tidy, folding baby laundry).
