Full-Time Nanny/Family Assistant Needed Family of 5 in Venice!! They have 3 Children, 4 + 7-year-old boys + a new baby that is due any day now! The big kids are in school for most of the day, so your role will primarily be focus on their newborn until the big kids get home from school! Mom will also be around some of the time, and when she is around she will handle caring for her baby and you will pivot to tackling household and organizational tasks, along with when the baby is napping as well and as time permits, you will handle things like grocery shopping, prepping dinner for the family, organizing the pantry and fridge, and generally just looking for ways to be helpful! When the big kids are out of school (during school breaks, etc), you will help care for all three children. LOCATION: Santa Monica, CA (Greater Los Angeles Area)) SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday (from 10AM-6PM, occasionally 9AM-5 p.m. or 11PM-7PM) + later evenings, weekends or overnights as needed. COMPENSATION: $35-$40/hr gross QUALIFICATIONS: Recent Newborn Experience Fully up to Date on Vaccinations (including TDAP, Flu + Covid) Pet Friendly (they have an elderly dog at home) Comfortable Cooking + Meal Prepping (for the family) Safe Driver + Reliable Vehicle Valid Passport + Travel Ready Additional duties involve keeping things neat and tidy, cleaning up messes throughout the day, helping to organize the kids rooms, washing loads of the kids laundry and dishes, handling school pick up when needed, transporting the big kids to and from various activities, etc! For the cooking, they do not expect anything gourmet, just simple and nutritious meals that can even be prepped in advance. This is a role for a self starter who can really take initiative and does not need to be micromanaged, they would love for you to really take the reins on your duties with little oversight! The family does occasionally travel (internationally + domestically), so please have a valid passport!
