Weekend Family Assistant needed for a 15-year-old boy who visits his grandmother every other weekend in Santa Monica. On weekends, your assistance would still be needed when the grandson is not there. Duties include: driving the teen to and from extracurriculars or tutoring appointments, grocery shopping, preparing snacks, picking up takeout, family-related errands, handling returns, feeding the cats, light housekeeping, and general household assistance. Please note the family has a chef and full-time housekeeper LOCATION: Santa Monica, CA(Greater Los Angeles Area) SCHEDULE: Friday-Sunday 8:30 am-4:00 p.m. with flexibility to stay later on occasion. COMPENSATION: $35hr/on payroll QUALIFICATIONS: Clean driving record Up to date on vaccinations (TDAP, MMR, Annual Flu and preferably Covid) Cat Friendly Must be available to work during Christmas Break, however not on Christmas, Christmas Eve, New Year's Day, and New Year's Eve The perfect person for this job has a strong sense of time management, can anticipate a family's needs and acts on them accordingly, is reliable and flexible.
