Looking For Travel Nanny For International Trips With Our Baby (with Some Recurring Care In Between)

My wife and I are looking for a recurring "travel nanny", someone to travel with us internationally to help us on vacation, and on occasion when we travel by ourselves watch our baby at home. Our beautiful baby is 8 months old, is formula fed, and sleeps through the night. She is healthy, learning to crawl and is a very happy, easy going baby. I am biased but she is pretty cute too. Our baby goes to day care during the day and we have a part time nanny on weekends. Unfortunately our part time nanny has a visa issue that prevents her from traveling with us abroad. My wife and I have flexible work schedules and travel frequently - around 3 times per year for a few weeks each. With a reliable travel nanny maybe even more. In between trips and definitely initially we would like to have some kind of recurring schedule to get to know you and so our baby can stay familiar with you. We are pretty flexible on this. We live in Santa Monica. Our first trip will probably be in late Jan / early Feb. In terms of requirements, I would say 1) need a passport and to be willing to travel with us anywhere ( nowhere dangerous of course, but potentially far - Europe, Asia , etc), 2) have a flexible schedule and be able to commit in advance so we can book our travel, 3) have strong references.
