We are looking for a long-term nanny for our 18-year-old son who has autism. He is verbal, high functioning, and loves to laugh. The hours (19. 5) are exactly as posted beginning at noon Monday to Friday and based in Santa Monica so please make sure this all works for you. Additional hours may be available on the weekend if you want them. Reliable car, driver's license and car insurance is required. The role entails teaching him independent living skills and taking him out to do physical activities in the community. Our ideal candidate is someone who is high energy, fun, enthusiastic, proactive about teaching, patient, responsible and with excellent judgment.
