She is just starting to learn her balance with standing on her own and using a walker. We just got her some word flash cards and book to help her start learning words and talking and it would be great to have someone who will work on these things with her when I am unable to. Yes we have parking on the street. Yes there are two pets in the house. Not sure what breeds but small dogs.
