About the job
Reliable caregiver needed for school pick up on the Westside and after school/summer camp care until parent comes home from work. Care is for two elementary school kids, ages 9 & 11, who mostly need downtime after school. Wednesday and Thursday after school care (2:30-5:30pm) is at the mother's house in Santa Cruz. Every other Friday afternoon may be needed as well in a couple of months. Responsibilities include transportation, preparing light meals and snacks, and hand-washing dishes while the kids take screen time for an hour, then engaging with the kids or helping with homework. There is a hypoallergenic cat and a German Shepherd in the household. Applicants please be non-allergic and comfortable with large dogs. Please be prepared to show driver's license, registration, and vehicle insurance upon hire. Thank you for your interest!
