Nanny Needed For My Children In Santa Cruz.

I am looking for part time help with my 6-month-old baby. He is fun, cheerful, and loves eye contact, dancing, and giggling. W is starting to eat food and easily takes bottles of formula and breastmilk. The only tricky bit is he doesn't love napping alone in his crib, so often prefers sleeping in a carrier on a walk or resting on an adult (hence why I need a little help to get basic tasks done during the week). My schedule is flexible for the next 4-6 months, but realistically looking for 12-20 hours of support a week from one or two caregivers. I am thinking 4-hour chunks, but could do more or less depending on caregiver schedule.
