Seeking nanny/nanny share for a sweet, curious and bright 20-month-old girl. Mom and dad work hybrid work from home/office over the hill and love the co-op style of being available when they can when at home. Ideal candidate has the flexibility, comfort and fluidity to naturally become a comfortable "member" of the family with the patience to build that confident relationship. Ideal candidate has background in child development and/or experience with positive discipline, toddler age-appropriate expectations around social interactions and behavior (tantrums, testing boundaries, separation anxiety, etc), and has experience with baby-lead weaning and safely prepared foods.
