Part-time (or Live In?) Babysitter Needed For Professor And Single Mama Of An 8-year Old

I'm a single parent and looking for someone to be involved in our family about 12 hours/month. My kiddo is neurodivergent and though very social, there are areas where he needs extra support/redirection - so I'm looking for someone experienced and confident providing guidance and setting limits. I'm looking for someone who could help him get ready for school 1/day week (7a), do school pick-up (5p) & dinner/bedtime. Maybe a Saturday night once in a while. I'm open to trying different schedules. I'm also open to a live-in in our outdoor bedroom for reduced rent instead of pay once we know each other. He enjoys soccer, swimming, reading, & playing games and babysitting hours could easily involve those things. He's only had one babysitter (starting at 2y, so he's known her 6yrs!) & they grew tight (like exchanging "I love yous" at bedtime.
