Seeking a part time nanny to help us care for our rambunctious 21-month-old girl in the middle of the day (9am-2pm). Both my wife and I have hybrid wfh+office jobs so we may be present part of the time. We are open to a nanny share as well if it is a fit. We believe in nurturing care along with natural consequences. We have a few other thoughts around attachment theory and are happy to discuss on a discovery call with you.
