Caregiver Needed For 5 Month Old Infant In Santa Cruz

We are a loving family w/ 2 working parents, a 5month old and a 2 yr old. Isla is a happy, sweet girl who was born at 33 weeks so she is tiny, adorable and still has some catching up to do growth & development-wise. We are looking for someone who is very comfortable w/ infants and can learn some basic positions to help support her with her strength building & coordination during her wake windows. Example: Lying her on her side while supporting her and placing a toy where can reach for it. Very simple, but very crucial to her development. So we are looking for someone wonderful who understands how important this is & is enthusiastic about working on these activities w/ her daily. I go back to work in November and we need full days on Mondays and Fridays with a pretty early start. If that sounds like you, we would love to connect with you
