Reliable Backup Care Needed For Curious, Active Almost 2 Year Old In The Westside Of Santa Cruz

We are looking to interview care providers in our area who may have a flexible schedule and be available to provide backup care - some scheduled in advance and some the day or week before (when our regular care provider is unable to be here). Our son turns 2 years old in July - he is curious, active, loves to push his bike around, read books, and explore. He usually naps in our home from 1-3 p.m. We are looking for someone who delights in little ones and who is also reliable, honest, caring, a good communicator, and possibly nearby. One parents works from home part-time and the other parent works full time outside of the home. For the parent working part-time, I often have meetings scheduled in advance that I cannot miss - so backup care is important. We are interested in developing a relationship with someone to provide stable support.
