Nanny Needed For 1 Child In Santa Clara

We're looking for a nanny, starting in early 2025. She will be 4-5 months old at the time of starting. We're looking for someone who is comfortable with infants, can start early in the day (7am), but is also open to a flexible schedule. The hours would typically be 8-12 hrs/day, 4 days/week. We ideally want someone who will be with us long term 1+ years. English speaking is a necessity, Mandarin/Cantonese would be a bonus but not required.
