Nanny Needed For My Baby

We are looking for a great nanny for 1 child, who is turning 2 months old by the time help is needed (early - mid October, 2024). We would prefer a nanny who does not smoke, is comfortable with pets, is CPR certified and has college degree. We are open to discussing both daytime and nighttime nanny positions, but based on what we currently know about the baby, we would most likely need help with sleep training and developing a good routine for him.
