About the job
We have an interesting but complicated life! We split our time between SB & SF every other week to accommodate our respective custody schedules for our blended family + our company, First and foremost, we are looking for help on the weekdays when we are in Santa Barbara to reduce some of the stress that piles onto our work due to school pick-ups, transportation to/from extracurriculars, light meal prep, house task mgmnt, etc. Most of the kids' practices are concentrated Tues-Thus. For the right person, we can create an ideal sched together. I think the boys would form a strong connection with someone who has a relaxed, fun attitude, sports enthusiast, athletic (basketball skills = big plus!) & can hold their own with a couple of too-young-to-be-crazy-gamers.
