Overnight Nanny For Our 1 Month Old!

My wife and I are looking for someone to start three nights a week for overnight care for our newborn son S. We are looking for someone who has experience with and specializes in newborns. My wife and I are both professionals who work from home and we have a separate bedroom/wing of the house for overnights. We have three nights a week in mind right now, but are flexible to change days and hours as needed. The job entails all feedings, diaper changes, burping and monitoring of our son at night. He is formula fed and we will provide all necessary bottles and have a formula mixing machine to make things even easier.
