Live IN Housekeeper and Nanny for High Profile Family Location: Montecito Schedule: LIVE IN, Generally Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. with flex for schedule changes or weekends as needed Compensation: Competitive, DOE, plus full benefits (health & dental, PTO) A warm and busy family in Montecito is seeking a dedicated and experienced full time LIVE IN, housekeeper/nanny to assist with their home and children. There is another full time lead housekeeper in place, and this person will work alongside of them. This role is ideal for someone with at least 15 to 20 years experience, who loves to help and can assist with both household duties and child-related tasks. The ideal candidate is warm, friendly, easy going, upbeat and positive. Must have experience working with high profile or UHNW families, understanding the importance of discretion, and how to read a room. We are seeking someone who is highly organized, detail oriented, an excellent communicator, and incredibly proactive (not having to be reminded to complete tasks, and takes initiative throughout the day). Please have a service mentality and be willing to jump in and help wherever needed. The living arrangements include a bedroom and bathroom in a separate wing of the household. Key Responsibilities: Childcare Support: Assist with morning drop-off and afternoon pick-up for the kids (driving not required, but helping with getting the kids in and out of the car when necessary). Provide a nurturing and supportive presence for the children as needed. Housekeeping Duties: Daily cleaning and tidying of the house. Laundry and ironing. Managing household supplies and inventory. Light meal preparation and kitchen cleanup. General household organization and maintenance. Additional Tasks: Coordination with other household staff, including our part-time helper who assists with end-of-day routines and play dates. Ideal Candidate: A seasoned individual with extensive experience in housekeeping and working with children. Warm, caring, and proactive, with a genuine love for helping and supporting a busy family. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage household tasks efficiently.
