Looking For Part-time Nanny Through Summer, With Possibility Of Renewal

We are a professional couple with three energetic and engaging children ages 8 years, 5 years, and 18 months. We are looking for an experienced child care professional (not just a "babysitter") to cover our child care needs until the start of the 2024-2025 school year (on August 19). There would be a possibility of renewal into a permanent position with the older kids' return to school. I (a professor) am on my summer leave and will be on sabbatical in fall, which reduces our current need for full time childcare. We have some flexibility as to a daily 4-hour shift time. Either morning or afternoon would work, but we hope to decide that with you at hiring.
