5&3 Year Old Needing Early Morning Help.

I have a 5 yr old going to TK, drop off is between 0750 and 0800. My 3yr old goes to preschool and they open at 0730. The tricky part is getting down before 0730, otherwise you get stuck in school traffic. I need to leave the house at 0630 for work. The kids need to be awake, dressed, teeth brushed, and have breakfast before you drop them off. My 5 yr, is the one that needs breakfast the most, my 3 yr old can eat at his preschool. My 5 yr old goes to kids country on campus and his lunch will need to be dropped off there. Usually, they have a tub with a sign for the lunches.
