We are seeking a passionate and patient. Toddler Teacher to join our Montessori preschool. This role combines early childhood education with Spanish language immersion. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for toddlers, implementing Montessori principles while fostering language development in both English and Spanish. Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging Montessori-based lesson plans that incorporate Spanish language learning. Create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating classroom environment that promotes exploration and independence. Observe, assess, and document children's development and learning progress. Build strong relationships with children, fostering their social and emotional growth. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians in both English and Spanish regarding their child's development. Collaborate with the preschool team to ensure a consistent and high-quality educational program. Qualifications Minimum of 6-12 Early Childhood Education units completed or currently enrolled in ECD classes. Experience working with toddlers in a childcare or preschool setting. Fluency in both English and Spanish. Strong understanding of child development and early learning principles. Knowledge of Montessori philosophy and methods preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
