About the job
Looking for an experienced mentor for our 25 yo son with multiple disabilities. Candidates will have a min of 5 years experience working with individuals with special needs and behavioral needs. Time together would include weekly appointments, outdoor activities, creative adventures and self help skills training and execution. He needs some physical assistance with hygiene and dressing and the time together would include meals. Our son needs consistency, someone trained on behavior management and someone fun and creative. We are happy to pay through regional center funding OR cash. We offer other benefits during your time together including meals, mileage and more. We need afternoon help (days tbd) and weekend and evening help. Look forward to telling you more about our son and hearing how you might be a great match.
