We're looking for a part-time nanny for our son who will be 7 months in January. Seeking someone with infant experience, who is CPR/first aid certified, and who enjoys setting up activities for and engaging with young children. Would prefer if the nanny has child development units & experience with various philosophical approaches. We lean towards open ended/natural materials/following the child's lead vs screen time/prescriptive toys. We would prefer someone who could help out with light housekeeping / child's meals and who is comfortable with pets (we have 2 cats).
