We're looking for a nanny share for two children starting in December (13-month-old & 6-month-old). We would prefer the nanny split time at each of the parent's houses during the week. Request nanny to be CPR / first aid certified and have experience with infants & toddlers. Would prefer if the nanny has child development units & experience with various philosophical approaches. We lean towards open ended/natural materials/following the child's lead vs screen time/prescriptive toys. Seeking nanny who will do light housework while children sleep (wash children's items, prep meals for children, tidy up children's spaces, etc) & who will provide activities for children when awake.
