Our daughter will be 2 in December and is a ton of fun. I work from home and we are looking for help from 8 a.m. until 12 p.m. I am very available and like to engage with my daughter throughout the day so she does not feel like we are separated as best as possible. There are times when I have calls for work that cannot be interrupted but those are not very often (once a week or so). We also have a dog in our home so we are looking for someone comfortable with dogs. Our dog is young (3 in November), playful, and about 55lb. The dog is very good with our daughter and our daughter just adore her.
