Babysitter Needed For 3 Children In San Rafael

We are looking for a new childcare provider, 30-40 hours a week (we are flexible within this range) in San Rafael. We have three children, ages 1. 5, 7, and 10. We are a very loving, peaceful family - the kids get along well with each other and we value communication, care, and joy in our home. In this role, the caregiver will sometimes be taking care of all three kids, and other times be only with the toddler or occasionally only with the older children. We are looking for someone who: -has a gentle style with children, focused on communication and problem-solving. -5+ years experience childcare including significant experience caring for toddlers. -up to date on vaccinations (covid, whooping cough, flu). -CPR and First Aid certified, and safety conscious. -comfort and interest in taking care of toddlers as well as elementary age.
