Date Night Baby Sitter Needed For Baby & Toddler

This is our first time getting a baby sitter, so we are hoping for someone with quite a bit of experience. We're looking for someone to help once a week so we can have a date night. It would be primarily after work, so we would need the care giver to be comfortable with feeding (baby led weening) and putting children to sleep. We are hoping to find someone we can use consistently for the foreseeable future. We love spending time outdoors, no screen time, and focusing on emotional support. Our daughter loves to do anything creative, and play outside. Our son loves to climb. Our daughter has a very strong connection to us, so ensuring that she feels safe, comfortable and has a good time is very important. Care giver confidence is key. ample parking, and only a 10 minute walk from Caltrain. 2 small dogs, who always want to be close.
