Searching For A Wonderful Loving Nanny!

We are searching for a wonderful nanny who really loves taking care of babies and genuinely loves kids. I think that's the most important thing for us. We just want somebody who can help her develop and take care of her as their own. She will be 4 months old by the start date, so she's pretty easy in a way to take care of. We just need some help with filing her nails, changing her diaper, reading to her, taking her on short walks, getting her to nap, etc. She is also almost entirely breast-fed, so mom can help out as much as possible with the feeding. There's no bottles to clean most of the time too. We can also pay in cash at the end of every day.
